a. Schedule a wedding rehearsal day for the Holy Matrimony

b. A rehearsal should be held one week before the actual wedding, depending on the availability of the venue and the Officiating Minister and the bridal participants involved.

c. The Groom and Bride should have their March-in and March-out songs ready in time for the wedding rehearsal.

d. It is absolutely necessary for the soundman to be present in order to run the proper timing for the actual day.

• Groom and Bride
• Officiating Minister
• Wedding Coordinator
• Bride’ Father
• Bride & Groom’s Mothers (for candle lighting)
• Best man, Groomsmen
• Maid of Honor, Bridesmaid
• Flower-girls and Page-boy/Ring-bearer
• Soundman
• Master of Ceremony (optional)
• The actual day banquet/sales/technical staff of the venue to be present.

f. Things to bring for the wedding rehearsal:
• Basket and pillow for the procession
• Wedding vow
• order of ceremony with time

g. During rehearsal, start with a word of prayer, inviting God to be present, run through the timing and the processional walk, instructions on how to give away the bride and take note of the timing of the event.
